An insured person and his/her dependent will each be required to sign up to use Health Portal website.
Please sign up for the website first according to the “Health Portal website sign-up manual”.

Provision of health-related information

Application for a subsidy of complete check-up (reservation for health screening)
- You can make an application for a subsidy of complete check-up through Happylth Health Screening website (reservation for health screening) in Health Portal website.

Benefit Station
- You can access the website of Benefit Station from Health Portal website.
- You can use the services that offer discounted usage fees for various sports facilities.。
